This does not restrict ordinary search indexing, the reading of our public llms.txt summary, or any use that the law does not allow us to restrict.

If you send ideas, corrections or other feedback, you grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free right to use it to improve the site, without obligation to you. Do not send confidential information.

We may suspend or end access to any part of the site, including the personal-guide sign-in, for anyone who violates these Terms or threatens the site’s security.

We may change the site and these Terms. The “Last reviewed” date shows the current version. Material changes apply from the date posted and do not apply retroactively to disputes already raised.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the site. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination survive. These Terms and the referenced policies are the entire agreement about the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
