This page lists every cookie, storage item and similar technology the site actually uses. The site is not cookie-free: it uses a small number of strictly necessary items. Optional categories are off until you turn them on.
Strictly necessary
davidson-consent (local storage, this site): remembers your cookie choice and the policy version. Kept until you clear it or the policy version changes.
Sign-in session (local storage, this site / Lovable Cloud): keeps you signed in to the personal guide. Set only when you sign in; removed when you sign out or clear storage.
davidson-guide-input (session storage, this site): briefly holds your personal-guide answers while you sign in with Google, then is deleted. Ends when the tab closes.
Google sign-in (Google cookies on google.com): set by Google only if you choose to sign in, under Google’s policies.
Embedded services
OpenStreetMap map tiles: images loaded from OpenStreetMap servers to draw the map. They do not set cookies from this site but the provider receives your IP address and browser details.
Preferences, analytics and advertising
None are currently used. The site contains no analytics, advertising identifiers, pixels or session recording. If any are added, they will be listed here, the policy version will change, and nothing in those categories will load until you consent.
Your choices
The banner offers “Accept all,” “Essential only” and “Manage preferences” with equal prominence. Optional categories are never preselected. You can reopen your choice at any time with “Cookie preferences” in the footer, and withdrawing consent takes effect immediately. A Global Privacy Control signal is honored as “Essential only.”
You can also block or delete storage in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may stop the personal-guide sign-in from working and will cause the banner to reappear, but ordinary pages remain readable.
