Content Removal and DMCA Policy

Copyright notice (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3))
Include: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) the page address and a description of the material you believe infringes; (4) your name, mailing address, phone number and email; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and (6) a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Counter-notice (17 U.S.C. §512(g))
If material you provided was removed, you may send: your signature; identification of the material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and phone number; and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the U.S., any district where the publisher may be found) and to accept service from the person who sent the original notice.
Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
Other removal requests
Privacy: identify the page and the personal information involved. Factual corrections: quote the text and provide a supporting source. Images: identify the image and explain your interest (for example, you believe it shows your property). Property information: identify the address or description and what is inaccurate. We do not publish individual listings, but we will review any reference to a specific property.
