Privacy Notice

Email inquiries: the contact page does not submit a form. It opens your own email app with a prepared message, so we receive only what you choose to send, including your email address, name and message, and anything you attach.

Personal guide: if you sign in with Google to build a personal guide, we receive your account identifier, email address and basic profile information from Google, plus the interests and notes you enter (limited to short, bounded fields).

Like every website, our hosting and security providers process technical data when you visit: IP address, device and browser type, requested pages, referring page, date and time, and approximate location inferred from IP address. These appear in server and security logs.

The interactive map loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap servers, which receive your IP address and browser information when tiles are requested. The site currently uses no analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or chat tools.

Replying to your email — to respond to your request (legitimate interests, or steps before a contract).

Personal guide account and generation — to provide the feature you asked for (contract / your request).

Server and security logs — to operate, secure and debug the site and prevent abuse (legitimate interests).

Consent record — to remember your cookie choice (legal obligation / legitimate interests).

Optional analytics or advertising, if ever added — only with your consent.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. We do not use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Personal-guide interests and notes are sent to our AI service provider to generate your guide. An email inquiry may be forwarded to the publisher-owned business best suited to answer it. Service providers (hosting, database and sign-in, map tiles, AI processing, email) process data on our behalf.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or de-identify it. Emails are kept while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account. Logs are kept for the periods set by our hosting and security providers. We do not promise exact periods we cannot verify.

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, access-restricted databases and row-level access rules. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The site is operated from the United States, and service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses offered by those providers.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive a portable copy of, or restrict or object to the processing of your personal information; to withdraw consent; to opt out of sale, targeted advertising and significant profiling; and to appeal a decision about your request.

Email npeters@yourleaderinluxury.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying with “Appeal” in the subject line, and, if you remain unsatisfied, contact your state attorney general or data-protection authority.

California residents have the rights above under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know the categories of information collected (identifiers, internet activity, approximate geolocation, and inferences only in the form of stated interests), the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients described in this notice. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a right to limit. Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws (for example Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and others) have similar rights, which we honor through the same process.

If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, the controller is the publisher named above, the lawful bases are listed in this notice, and you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of sale, sharing and optional cookies for that browser: optional categories stay off even if they were enabled before.

The site is intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided information, email us and we will delete it.

Google (sign-in), OpenStreetMap (map tiles) and websites you choose to visit have their own privacy practices. Please review them.

Material changes will be announced on this page with a new “Last reviewed” date, and, where they affect cookies, by showing the choice banner again. Effective date: September 26, 2026.
